Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Ward, the CEO of Conquer Technology, is a passionate entrepreneur and seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience. He has an extensive background in the tech industry, having worked at Booking.com and founded several tech startups, including Property Base, a property investment platform, and Airtraffix, a travel retail software platform that has collaborated with major industry players, including Turkish Airlines and Dufry.
As CEO, Jonathan is responsible for crafting and executing the strategic vision of Conquer Technology. He excels in driving growth and delivering client excellence, leveraging a people-centric approach to management. Jonathan is passionate about continuous learning and values surrounding himself with positive and innovative individuals, fostering a culture of improvement and technological advancement.
Jonathan's goal is to make a meaningful impact on everyone he encounters, both professionally and personally. He strives to enhance the lives of his colleagues and clients, ensuring that every interaction is beneficial and positive. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the latest advancements in technology.

Thomas Buckley is a Principal Engineer with a proven track record of solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality software solutions. His expertise in eCommerce honed through roles at Booking.com, The Hut Group, and The Very Group, makes him a valuable asset for large companies seeking innovative and efficient approaches to their technological needs. For example, at The Hut Group, he addressed critical security vulnerabilities.
He prepared the company for re-platforming by resolving data inconsistencies, while his work at ResponseTap involved transitioning from a legacy monolithic codebase to a microservices event-driven architecture. These experiences highlight his ability to drive operational excellence and adapt to complex technical environments.
Beyond his professional achievements, Thomas is passionate about education and has taught software engineering at the University of Manchester and the University of Birmingham's coding boot camp. His strategies keep pace with Google's algorithm changes, ensuring brands stay competitive. Recognised by top industry awards in the UK and internationally, Daniel is equipped to drive your brand's success with proven technical SEO expertise and problem-solving skills.
His objectives include utilising data-driven strategies to optimise performance and ROI, identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships, and ensuring clients achieve their business goals through tailored marketing solutions.

David was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Commercial Officer in mid 2024, to oversee Conquer Technology’s sales strategy and the product portfolio across Conquer.
David is responsible for Conquer’s commercial and segment strategy, growth plans and go-to-market approach, and for continuing to build a company-wide unified commercial and sales culture.
David brings over 10 years’ technology consulting experience to Conquer. As our Chief Commercial Officer, he’s responsible for mutually beneficial relationships with both existing and new clientele, and for strategic mergers and acquisitions that strengthen our offer in the technology managed services sector.
David’s expanded responsibilities will include elevating Conquer’ business development strategies, enhancing market visibility and the reach of our business, and helping support and drive key strategic initiatives.
Sarah Tulip
Chief Growth Officer
Sarah is responsible for client growth at Conquer Technology, she is multi award winning and has previously held a number of COO roles within fast growth technology businesses and operated in senior roles for some of the most highly regarded consultancies in the world including EY and Cognizant.
She is passionate about equality and is also the founder of WILD Digital, which is a 2500 member+ Northern community led initiative, focussed on both creating and highlighting activity that encourages minority groups to consider choosing a career in digital and empowering people from diverse backgrounds to have the confidence and skills to strive for senior roles.
She is the Digital Ambassador for the city of Leeds where she chairs the Leeds Digital Board & Leeds Digital Forum where she can guide on the digital ecosystem and use her expertise to support and ensure the city is the most inclusive and best place to be a digital business. Sarah is also the Chair of the Regional Productivity Forum - Yorkshire, Humber & NE - the forum focuses on how government policy can make changes which lead to economic growth, and examines the causes of the UK’s persistently weak productivity growth.
When Sarah has time she uses this expertise and experience and speaks at a national level about diversity, digital and economics and is often requested to facilitate high profile events within the tech calendar.
